Sofia Airport welcomes Swiss International’s flight on the direct route from Sofia to Zurich. The air service between the two cities is currently operated on a yearly basis from Terminal 2 at Sofia Airport.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Mr Ivaylo Moskovski, the Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications; Mr. Hristo Shterionov, executive director of Sofia Airport; Mr Bernhard Wodl, head of SWISS Austria and Central Eastern; and the ambassadors of the two countries, Their Excellences Mrs Meglena Plugchieva and Mr Denis Knobel.
