Punta Cana International Airport continues to expand in order to provide domestic and international travellers with innovative and excellent service facilities.
The sustained growth of Punta Cana International Airport over the past five years ranges from the construction of a second airstrip to the latest construction of a new terminal building. Last year we announced the start of work of preclearance and this year we will become the first airport in the Caribbean to have a pool at an airport terminal overlooking the airstrip.
By December 2017, the new VIP lounge will be operating with a panoramic swimming pool, designed by the famous Dominican architect Antonio Segundo Imbert.
