Vanderlande has launched BAGMAPP, the new mobile baggage management application for all stakeholders in the end-to-end baggage handling, like airline and airport executives, but potentially also passengers. BAGMAPP delivers actual on-demand information available on main mobile platforms and will allow you to get actual status information of individual bags or groups of bags or related information, everywhere and anytime.
You can try it out with the bar code of the bag tag that is attached. Scan the bag tag with the scan function in BAGMAPP and you will get a good idea of what kind of information will become available on your smartphone or tablet. You can share the app with the button on the upper right hand corner.
You can try out BAGMAPP at the company's stand 1630 at Passenger Terminal Expo in Barcelona from 25 to 27 March.
