The Airports Authority of Trinidad and Tobago (the Authority) invites sealed Tenders from suitably qualified companies for the following project: "ANRRIA RUNWAY AND TAXIWAY PAVEMENT REHABILITATION A.N.R. ROBINSON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, TOBAGO".
Copies of Tender Documents can be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable Tender Fee of US$200.00 at the Administration Centre, South Terminal, Piarco International Airport, Trinidad and at the Administration Centre of the ANR Robinson International Airport, Crown Point, Tobago from 12 June 2017.
Prospective tenderers are required to attend a Mandatory Pre-Tender site visit to acquaint themselves with the conditions which may affect their tendering. The mandatory Pre-Tender meeting is scheduled for June 28, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. AST at the Authority's Administration Centre ANR Robinson International Airport, Tobago.
Tenderers must submit one (1) original, two (2) copies and one (1) PDF soft copy on a flash drive of the Tender, in sealed envelopes labelled: "ANRRIA Runway and Taxiway Pavement Rehabilitation A.N.R. Robinson International Airport,Tobago" and addressed to: The Secretary, Tenders Committee, Airports Authority of Trinidad and Tobago, Administration Centre, Golden Grove Road, Parco.
The envelopes must be deposited in the Tender Box located in the lobby of the Airports Administration Centre no later than 2:00pm AST on 2 August 2017.
The Tenders will be opened publicly shortly thereafter at 2:30 p.m. AST. Tenderers or representatives may be present at the opening. Late Tenders will not be considered in any circumstances. Tenders submitted by means of facsimile or email shall not be considered.
The Authority will not defray any cost incurred by the Tenderers during the preparation/submission of their Tender.
The Authority does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any other Tender.
Failure to attend the mandatory pre-tender site meeting will result in disqualification of the tender.

Companies based outside of Trinidad and Tobago that are interested in purchasing a copy of the RFP document should pay for the RFP via wire transfer.
