Passenger numbers sky high at Jordan’s QAIA

Year to date passenger traffic in the first half of the year at Queen Alia International Airport, Jordan rose by 12.94% to 3,576,262, according to statistics released by Airport International Group (AIG).

Aircraft movement also rose 8.59% during the period, January-June 2014, to 36,049.

Kjeld Binger, AIG CEO, said: "We look forward to what the remaining six months of the year will bring, in line with our commitment towards helping QAIA reach its full potential as Jordan's prime gateway to the world."
