SkyRec software will be progressively deployed on Advanced Technologies & Oceanic Procedures (ATOP).
Leidos recently awarded a subcontract to SkySoft-ATM under the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Advanced Technologies & Oceanic Procedures (ATOP) programme. Under the subcontract, SkySoft will deliver a solution to record the controller's workstation monitors as well as the keyboard and mouse inputs using SkyRec technology.
The SkyRec software will be deployed at all oceanic control centres in the US. The system, already in operations at major air navigation service providers (ANSPs) worldwide, has been slightly adapted to meet specific requirements from Leidos and the FAA to be seamlessly integrated with the new version of ATOP.
